How website information is handled.

Effective August 30, 2026

Daneshvar Law respects the privacy of people who visit this website or contact the firm. This policy describes the website’s current information practices.

Information collected

Information you provide. If the online inquiry form is available, it collects your full name, email address, optional phone number, selected practice area, preferred contact method, and the message you choose to submit. The firm also receives information you provide by phone or email.

Technical information. The website’s hosting and security systems may automatically process limited technical data such as an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and security or error information. This data is used to deliver, maintain, and protect the site.

Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, confidential communications, or other sensitive or time-critical information through the website unless Daneshvar Law specifically asks you to use an approved method.

How information is used

Daneshvar Law may use information to review and respond to an inquiry, consider conflicts and whether a matter may be a fit, communicate with you, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with legal or professional obligations. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship.

When information may be disclosed

Information may be disclosed to vendors that support website hosting, security, and email delivery; to professional advisers when reasonably necessary; or when disclosure is required or permitted by law. When online form delivery is activated, Resend is intended to transmit the inquiry and Google Workspace or Gmail is used to receive it. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Daneshvar Law does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website does not currently use third-party advertising or analytics tools that track visitors across unrelated websites.

Cookies, browser signals, and third-party tracking

The site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site. Because Daneshvar Law does not currently track visitors over time across third-party websites, a browser “Do Not Track” signal does not change the site’s behavior. Global Privacy Control signals are consistent with the firm’s current practice of not selling or sharing personal information for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry review, conflict checking, communication, security, recordkeeping, dispute prevention, or legal and professional obligations. Daneshvar Law uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and California privacy requests

You may ask Daneshvar Law to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this website by emailing HD@DaneshvarLaw.com or calling 310-474-5802. The firm may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required for conflicts, security, professional duties, legal compliance, or other lawful purposes.

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may also have rights to know, correct, or delete certain personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights. Daneshvar Law does not sell or share personal information as those terms are used for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults seeking information about legal services. Daneshvar Law does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact the firm.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. If a change materially affects how previously collected information is used, Daneshvar Law will provide additional notice when required by law.
