Our approach

Daneshvar Law aims to make this website understandable and usable by people with disabilities across a range of devices and assistive technologies. The site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a guide, without claiming that every possible combination of browser and assistive technology is error-free.

Accessibility features

The site uses semantic landmarks and headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, descriptive links and image text alternatives, form labels and error summaries, readable color contrast, responsive layouts, touch targets sized for mobile use, and reduced-motion support.

Alternative access and feedback

If any page, feature, or document is difficult to use, call 310-474-5802 or email HD@DaneshvarLaw.com. Please identify the page, the barrier you encountered, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and the format or help you need. You may also use the direct options on the Contact page.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Daneshvar Law reviews the website as content, browser behavior, and assistive technology change, and will evaluate reported barriers in good faith.

Third-party content

External websites linked from this site are controlled by their respective owners. Daneshvar Law cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party services, but will try to provide an alternative way to access firm information when reasonably possible.
