What should I do if timing may matter?

What information is useful for an initial inquiry?

Does the introductory call include legal advice?
No. A brief introductory call is used to understand the general issue and determine whether the firm may be the right fit. Legal advice is provided only after a matter is accepted and representation is confirmed in writing.
How are accepted Business Law matters billed?
Accepted Business Law work may be handled on a flat-fee or hourly basis depending on the defined scope. The applicable structure is confirmed before representation begins.
When is it useful to contact counsel?
Counsel can be useful before a commitment is made, when terms are being negotiated, when an operational legal question affects a decision, or when a selected dispute requires a measured response.
