The working sequence
Four questions organize the work.

Hasti begins with the facts, documents, communications, timing, and the legal question that must be answered. Assumptions are separated from what the record can support.

The immediate issue is considered alongside exposure, leverage, practical constraints, and the effect a decision may have beyond the present moment.

Which options remain open?
Possible courses are evaluated for legal effect, cost, timing, and likely consequence. The goal is not motion for its own sake. It is a deliberate choice.

What changes as the matter develops?
New facts can alter the best path. Direct attorney involvement keeps the strategy connected to the objective as the record, negotiations, or pressures change.
