She successfully protects the interests of her clients and limits their personal exposure by providing valuable services including, corporate entity formation, trademark and copyright registration, employee manuals, bylaws, and operating agreements. She also drafts and negotiates agreements including those relating to employment, purchase and sale, non–compete and non–solicitation, nondisclosure, confidentiality and franchises.

Ms. Daneshvar is also experienced in advising businesses and business owners about the intricacies of California employment law. She assists employers in a wide range of matters, including hiring and firing, wage and hour issues, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims, preparation of employee handbooks, policies, employment agreements, and performance management. In addition, she has successfully defended multiple harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and wage and hour disputes.
